Delivery Charges
FREE if you spend over £100 and you live in UK mainland (This service does not include locations: Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands (Guernsey or Jersey).

£5.00 for orders under £100. Extra postage is charged for Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands (Guernsey or Jersey)

We are  presently not shipping automatically on-line anywhere except within the UK. Please contact us if you would like a bespoke shipment.

Delivery Times
All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or Courier and are dispatched within 5 working days of your order being received. We need those days because many of our products use organic ingredients and therefore are made fresh for the order. If you are in need of a super fast delivery we will try our best to accommodate – simply write that you are desperate for the products at the checkout when the form asks for ‘Further Information’. We will try our very best for you!

NB. Please be aware there may be slight delays with delivery times at this time. We’ll let you know as accurately as possible when you can expect your parcel but we cannot guarantee delivery.

Returns Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase please let us know via email or send us a message from this website.

We request that the items should be returned to us, unused and within the original packaging within 30 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged Items
If your item(s) arrive damaged or broken, please email us with photo evidence within 5 days and we’ll send replacements to you as soon as we can. Huge apologies if this happens. It seldom does because we are pretty hot on good packaging but you may have been unlucky.
