Good news: it’s FREE if you spend over £100 and you live in UK mainland (This service does not include locations: Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands (Guernsey or Jersey).
Orders under £100 – £5.00 and includes courier (2 working days from despatch where despatch is normally 3-5 working days). This is simply recharged at cost.

We request that the items should be returned to us, unused and within the original packaging within 30 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
If your item(s) arrive damaged or broken, please email us with photo evidence within 5 days and we’ll send replacements to you as soon as we can. Huge apologies if this happens. It seldom does because we are pretty hot on good packaging but you may have been unlucky.
All deliveries are sent with our logistics partner Parcel2go and are dispatched within 3-5 working days of your order being received. We need those days because many of our products use organic ingredients and therefore they are made fresh each time. If you are in need of a super fast delivery – we will try our best to accommodate – simply write that you are desperate for the products at the checkout when the form asks for ‘Further Information’. We will try our very best for you!
